Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about how CreatorDefend works.

What does CreatorDefend do?

We help YouTubers, content creators and digital media businesses understand and respond to copyright claims, strikes, Content ID disputes, takedowns and account restrictions. We review your case, explain your options and help you prepare the right response.

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for the case or package you choose. There are no monthly or yearly fees.

Which plan should I choose?

Basic covers a single video. Standard covers 2–3 videos. Premium is for multiple videos or more complex situations. If you are unsure, choose the closest plan and explain your situation — we will tell you if a different plan fits better.

Do I pay when I submit a case?

Not right now. Submit your case and our team will review it first. We will contact you through your case page about the next steps.

Can you guarantee my claim will be removed or my channel restored?

No. The platform makes the final decision on every claim, strike and appeal. Anyone who guarantees an outcome is not being honest with you. We give you careful, realistic support.

How do I track my case?

Log in and open your dashboard, or use the Track Your Case page with your case ID (for example CD-2026-K7QM-4X9R). Only you and our team can see your case details.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your case details, files and messages are only visible to you and our team. Uploaded files are stored outside the public part of the website. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What files can I upload?

PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, TXT and DOCX files up to 10 MB each — for example screenshots of the claim, licences, permissions or receipts.

Are you a law firm?

No. CreatorDefend provides copyright support and case management, not legal representation. For legal advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified lawyer.
