No guaranteed outcome

Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee the removal of a claim or strike, the restoration of content or a channel, or the success of any appeal or dispute.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, complete information about your case.
• Only ask us to dispute or appeal when you honestly believe you have the right to use the content.
• Keep your login details private.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or unrelated files.

Pricing

Plans are one-time charges per case or package, not subscriptions. Prices and promotional discounts are shown on the website and may change; the price confirmed with you for your case applies to that case.

Accounts

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, provide false information, or try to access other users' data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreatorDefend is not liable for indirect losses, lost income or decisions made by third-party platforms.
